1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:
✔ Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags).
✔ Be in its original packaging.
✔ Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
Custom products (special orders, personalized items).
Personal care items (beauty & hygiene products).
Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases).
Sale items & gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before sending it back.


4. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to:
1️⃣ Return the original item (following the return process).
2️⃣ Place a new order for the desired item separately.


5. European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason, without justification.

Items must meet the same return conditions (unworn, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).


6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
